Live Social Media coverage: 

  • For live social media coverage of an event including coverage of events and circuits with high-resolution photos, video clips and writing services direct to a clients social media sites pricing begins at $600.00 for the first day when other services are included with additional days at $500.00 a day. 
  • If no other services are being utilized by the client or others prices change to $1,200.00 for the first day and $1,000.00 for additional days.
  • Additional fees include travel and accommodations for all event coverage options.

Photography(event coverage): 

  • $500.00 a day or $800.00 for two days, for each day after BMM will charge $350 a day as long as BMM has the ability to sell photographs to racers, sponsors, magazines etc. 
  • If the event wants full use of photos and does not want to give permission (or its an event where others wont be interested in photographs) fees become $1,500.00 for a single day and $2,500.00 for two days. For each day after BMM will charge $1,000.00 per day. 
  • Additional fees include travel and accommodations for all event coverage options.

Photography (products):

  • For photos from events BMM is already attending (Circuits, Events etc.)
    • Photos for personal use including social media:  
      • 1 for $50.00, 5 for $200, 10 for $300, and 20 for $400
    • Photos for promotional use for teams and riders:
      • 1 for $150, 5 for $600, 10 for $1,000, and 20 for $1,500
    • Photos for Magazines and Media Outlets:
      • 1 for $200, 2 for $350, 3 for $500, 4 for $600, 5 for $700 
    • Photos for Corporate use multiple times (advertising, promotion, marketing etc.):
      • 1 for $500, 3 for $1,200, 5 for $2,000.00, 10 for $3,500.00 and 20 for $6,000.00

Video Production: 

  • Overview coverage of an event where BMM is able to make additional income through other services to other clients a 3-4 minute video will cost $800 a day including editing time. Each additional day will be $600.00. 
  • For a 5-10 minute video BMM will charge $1,000.00 for a single day and additional days at $800.00 a day. 
  • For events where Video Production is the only service being provided pricing for a 3-4 minute event overview video will be $1,500.00 a day with additional days priced at $1,200.00 a day. 
  • A 5-10 minute video for a single day would cost $2,000.00 including editing time with additional days at $1,500.00 a day. 
  • For videos over 10 minutes or videos that include interviews, additional videographers required and other specialized coverage options a meeting with the client and a specialized quote would be needed. 
  • Additional fees include travel and accommodations for all event coverage options.

Graphic Design

  • Sponsorship Deck $300-$500 depending on length and graphic design quality wanted.
  • Creation and digital copy of autograph poster $250.00 for a single rider of $350 for a team of 2-4 riders.
  • Magazine, Social Media and Newspaper Advertisements: Full Page $250 (roughly 8.5” x 11”), ½ page $200 (roughly 4” x 7”), ¼ page $150 (roughly 2” x 4”), Social Media or Website Banner $100 (roughly 1” x 8”)
  • Other Graphic Design services including promotional materials and apparel designs begin at $40 an hour.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Prices vary on the specific service. To create social media marketing strategies for companies, circuits, teams or individuals pricing is based on an hourly rate of $50 an hour. 
  • For BMM to provide consistent posting options on a daily bases including creating content (photo and written content) pricing begins at $1,200.00 a month. If content is provided and BMM is only to post the content the price becomes $800.00 a month.
  • All other social media work including but not limited to creating and running contests, video clip creation, etc. is based on $50 an hour.

Writing Services: 

  • For writing services that do not require BMM to be at an event including press releases, magazine articles, blogs and content creation an hourly rate of $60 an hour will be in place. 
  • If BMM is needed on location to gather information and is NOT able to sell other services a daily rate which includes the writing time would be $800.00 a day and additional days at $700.00. 
  • When other services can be sold this fee becomes $60.00 an hour for the time it takes to create the content. 
  • Additional fees include travel and accommodations when BMM is required on location.
